- Collaborate with management and operations team members to develop strategic, operational, and technological solutions for improving quality, while reducing the cost of care delivered.
- Coordinate with growth teams to ensure consistent and coordinated transition of workstreams.
- Manage and maintain operational status dashboards and logs for the organization related to payer contracts, partnerships and value-based agreements.
- Oversee day-to-day operational payer activity under EHN's value-based agreements and partnerships; own the process of monitoring performance in value-based contracts across multiple payers.
- Run operational policies and procedures related to EHN market operations and services.
- Drive an optimal partnership experience and collaborate with payer partners.
- Ensure satisfaction, communication and engagement with all payer partners.
- Advance workflows to support the organization in meeting or exceeding its duties under agreements, as well as financial and quality goals/metrics.
- Monitor performance across operational areas, and identify improvement opportunities to drive strong performance under value-based contracts.
- Collaborate with payer partners to participate in the design and implementation of technologies and processes.
- Operationalize strategies and initiatives around provider network, analytics, IT, contract performance, finance and any compliance/legal requirements.
- Communicate internally and externally about the status of operations and identify issues that may impact the contract performance.
- Establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with a diverse network of administrative leadership and staff.
- Act as the point of contact for day to day operations.
- Responsible for preparation and planning of Joint Operating Committee meetings with payer partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field of study; or, an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Minimum of four (4) years of work experience in a directly related role in the healthcare industry; experience should include responsibility for value-based contracting /operations
- Project Management skills
- Experience with or knowledge of payer data files and healthcare standard file sets
- Proven decision-making skills and demonstrated success working with and across diverse partner groups to achieve desired outcomes
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; highly collaborative team approach to work
- Successful record of managing multiple projects with demonstrated ability to work independently in rapidly-changing environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and web-based technologies
- Value-based contracting experience with the ability to validate data directly tied to population health and value-based care
- Direct experience working with and partnering with physicians on change management initiatives
- Demonstrated leadership ability and skills in critical thinking, strategic planning, analysis and systems thinking
- A high tolerance for ambiguity, a service orientation, and a high level of humility for successful assimilation in our highly collaborative, entrepreneurial culture
- Ability to gain credibility and establish the required relationships to influence and generate results; can quickly organize and influence teams to execute and deliver results

Job Description
Job DescriptionAs part of a multi-disciplinary team, the Value-Based Contract Manager is primarily responsible for the implementation, operational support and performance of Equality Health Network's (EHN) value-based contracts and will work across the organization on the design, monitoring and continuous improvement of the processes that support value-based care. This individual will collaborate with EHN market teams to integrate analytic, ancillary and operations capabilities to manage patient populations against improvements in the 'quadruple aim' of healthcare – better outcomes, lower cost and an improved patient and clinician experience.
