    What you'll be responsible for:
    Circle is looking for a dynamic Senior Finance Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team.

    As a vital member of the team, you will collaborate closely with department leaders to provide essential insights into budgets, forecasts and key metrics to support decision making.

    You will also play a key role in putting together our quarterly analyses and forecasts for the board of directors for which our team works directly with the CFO to help craft the analyses and messaging.


    What you'll work on:


    Engaging directly with leaders and budget stakeholders across the organization to facilitate forecasting of key operational spend areas including headcount, compensation, vendor spend, capex, and corporate and entity level cash flow.

    Playing a key role in the creation of quarterly board of director and investor level financial presentations in direct collaboration with the CFO.

    Maintaining and improving corporate financial models that forecast, track, and analyze our financials including all three financial statements.

    Applying advanced financial analysis techniques to provide insights on critical and bespoke business issues, enabling senior stakeholders to make well-informed choices.

    Contributing to the evolution of Circle's finance capabilities by being a key part of ERP and EPM implementation processes and actively seeking to improve finance processes across the organization.

    What you'll bring to Circle:

    Deep knowledge of GAAP accounting standards, how the financial statements interact, and an ability to build dynamic three statement models.

    Bring a minimum of 4+ years of FP&A experience, marked by a proven ability to build financial forecast models and analyze extensive datasets.

    Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel, using these tools effectively to create meaningful financial insights.
    Adeptness in manipulating both structured and unstructured data, translating findings into impactful executive-level presentations.
    Exceptional financial and strategic analyses, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
    Thrive in a dynamic, innovative startup environment characterized by rapid change and evolution.
    Ability to build and nurture partnerships with stakeholders at all levels with effective communication.
    Dedication to understanding all aspects of the business, transcending finance to provide comprehensive partnership across the organization.
    High emotional intelligence, empathy, and self-awareness, emphasizing a team-oriented approach that prioritizes client and customer satisfaction.
    Bachelor's degree, providing you with a solid academic grounding in finance and/or accounting.


    Advanced proficiency and past experience in working with financial systems and building FP&A models in planning tools; Oracle, SAP, or Anaplan preferred.

    Experience or familiarity with tools such as Slack, Apple MacOS. You are energized by the promise of blockchain technology.


    Additional Information:
    This position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.

    Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs.

    Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

    Base Pay Range:
    $102,500 - $137,500

    Annual Bonus Target: 12.5%

    Also Included:
    Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Circle has a discretionary vacation policy.

    We also provide 10 days of paid sick leave per year and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
