- Direct oversight of Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Technical SupportDepartments (manage a team of approximately 120 professionals located in differentcountries);
- Develop and execute strategic plans based on metrics to drive revenue growth andenhance market position;
- Set clear performance objectives and KPIs, monitoring progress and implementingcorrective measures;
- Review and enhance the internal processes and procedures;
- Review and enhance the motivation structures for the aforementioned departments;
- Review the organizational and reporting structure and make necessary adjustments;
- Implement the learning and development procedures;
- Create a strategy to increase client satisfaction metrics;
- Evaluate the existing team leads;
- Participate in the implementation of the salesforce;
- Create a unified list of business processes;
- Drive the digitalisation and business process automation initiatives for the departmentsunder director oversight;
- Along with the Finance Department develop a budget for the departments and ensure itsexecution;
- Align commercial initiatives with company goals and objectives, ensuring a cohesiveapproach across departments;
- Implement performance improvement initiatives based on financial metrics to drivecontinuous growth and success.
