T
he Sr Analyst will work with other members of K&B Int strategy and BD team, regional businesses, and enterprise functions to drive the market/industry research & analysis, acquisition target landscaping, business case development, and preparing documents for executive review.
Support the Sr. Director and BD managers with market, Industry research and analysis.
Assist in development of data analysis, business cases, and financial modelling and presentations.
Conduct market, industry, customer, consumer, competitive analyses to build recommendations.
Maintain Acquisition Pipeline management / tracking tools.
Support deployment of strategic priorities across business, geographies, and functions, closely working with other members of Strategy and the businesses' teams.
Coordinate with business and functional partners – including global and regional partners – to implement strategic priorities.Domestic travel up to 10-20% maximum
Other duties as assigned or required by the business.
Skills/Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required in Accounting or Finance or Economics with demonstrated quantitative / analytical capability.
Requires 1-2+ years of work experience.
Very strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills.
Good familiarity with the techniques used to gather and analyze market and company data.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
Track record building strong working relationships would be a plus.
Strength in creating structure within ambiguity.
Flexible and agile, comfortable with making pivots.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (including fluency in Microsoft PowerPoint) required.
Ability to develop business plans and model financials (in Excel) required.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Thesalary range for this position is $76,050 - $96,050.
The specific salaryoffered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors includingthe candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
