Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Administer payroll, health benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits and HR policies.
Manage Accounts Payable functions, including matching invoices with statements/bills and processing payments accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to AP.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for HR and AP activities.
Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects, as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field a plus.
Proven experience working in HR, with a strong understanding of onboarding processes and benefits administration.
Familiarity with Accounts Payable procedures, including invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
Certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus
