Responsibilities:


  • Works with the Director of People Support on recommendations to leadership on improvements to the organization's policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Assists in coordinating the implementation of changes in the organization's policies and procedures and ensures that proper compliance is followed, and changes are communicated to Team Members.
  • Works with General Managers and Talent Acquisition on recruitment and hiring.
  • Oversees Onboarding and New Hire procedures and compliance.
  • Assists in the administration and maintenance of employee benefits programs.
  • Maintains the company HRIS and works with the support team to add or revise functionality.
  • Works directly with the Director of Operations and General Managers to advise them in carrying out HRrelated compliance matters.
  • Investigates employeerelations issues, conducts interviews, and escalates situations and problems to the People Support Business Partner or Director of People Support as needed.
  • Draws up documentation related to employee performance and corrective actions.
  • May supervise an HR Admin on daily activities and longterm projects.
  • Participates on committees and special project teams as needed when time allows.
  • Performs all duties in conformance with appropriate safety and security standards.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned or needed.
