    Description

    Job Description:

    • Providing support for the leave of absence, accommodations, and disability plans and programs that are managed within the benefits team.
    • Will cover all aspects of leave of absence administration, accommodations and disability support including research and resolution of complex case escalations, including direct employee, manager, and vendor interactions.
    • Will partner closely with internal and external partners.
    • Assisting team with the management of disability, leave of absence (continuous or intermittent), return to work, ADA and extended medical leave programs while ensuring compliance with Local, State and Federal laws.
    • Ensuring proper integration of vendor FMLA administration with short-term disability plan.
    • Interpreting HR policy and legislative developments to ensure compliance.
    • Responding to employee, manager, vendor, and internal and external call center escalations and questions.
    • Working with Legal, HR management, internal corporate functions, and external vendors, as needed, to solve complex and time-sensitive issues.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    • Experience with ADA & accommodations
    • Experience working in a high volume environment
