    Description

    Our elite global Law Firm client is seeking to recruit a Senior Manager Professional Development to develop and execute interactive workshops and training programs and provide hands-on training and professional development for US and London based corporate attorneys.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and and execute interactive workshops and training programs and provide hands-on training and professional development for US and London based corporate attorneys
    • Provide leadership and strategy and work closely with partners and attorneys to develop cutting-edge workshops and training programs
    • Solicit feedback on the effectiveness of training programs and continuously revise and update programs as needed
    • Oversee training program timelines, structures and deadlines
    • Assist with on-boarding new and lateral associates

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • JD strongly preferred
    • 7+ years of professional development, attorney development, learning and development, legal training or instructional design at a large global law firm
    • Sharp, motivated and polished with the proven ability to interact effectively with attorneys, partners and senior leadership
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and business writing skills
    • Strong attention to detail and client service skills
    • Strong project management skills
