- Assist in researching and analyzing industry trends and market insights as it relates to the nursing shortage, healthcare workforce development, and medical errors.
- Support the development of white papers, case studies, and other thought leadership content and develop a repository of industry papers to inform sales and marketing teams of market data.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and our educational team to gather insights and perspectives for thought leadership pieces.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for marketing initiatives.
- Actively enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Policy, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strong research and analytical abilities, with the capacity to problem-solve and provide valuable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with content creation tools and platforms. Statistical & data analysis skills are a plus.
