We are currently seeking a Head of RFQ Management for our Europe region, based in Bonn, Germany.


Job Purpose

As the Head of RFQ Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the global tender process and tender tool (S360 | RFQ) for the region.

This includes managing all operational activities related to tenders and acting as a liaison between stakeholders involved in the transportation management process.


You will also be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and improving the global tender process within the region, in alignment with our head office.

Main Tasks

Responsible

  • Lead, manage, and guide the Tender Management team in the Europe region
  • Ensure a highquality tender process, including internal management of preparation, strategy setting, solution design, and bid submission for existing and potential customers
  • Drive continuous improvement and development of the team's skills to deliver excellence
  • Lead selected tenders for highimpact accounts on a regional level, following the tender management process
  • Gather lessons learned and best practices to identify success factors
