Certified Public Accountant ($150,000 base)Details About This Role
Base pay salary of $150,000.
Bonus eligible, typically 15-30% annual/performance.
Hybrid work set up - 2 days remote, 3 on-site.
Office just outside Boston, MA in Newton, MA.
The company is publicly traded and specializes in alternative asset management, primarily residential real-estate.
The company has experienced a growth spurt since acquiring a portfolio worth approx. $7B AUM. Overall they manage approx. $37B AUM
The company is known for having a great culture and camaraderie and like to develop their employees. The VP of finance is retiring and the current Tax Manager has been promoted which created this opening.
The company has a very competitive benefits package which can be detailed throughout the interview process.
In order to be considered, candidates must have a CPA, at least 6 years of corporate tax experience, preferably in the real estate space
Candidates working in Big 4 are encouraged to apply. We know it is busy tax season right now and the company is willing to offer someone who is unable to start until after busy tax season
The company will also consider candidates with a CPA coming from the private side of accounting, preferably with exposure to any type of real estate.
