Role Description

This is a full-time/hybrid role for an Expert Witness Certified Public Accountant at PD Economic Consulting LLC located in Boston, MA, with flexibility for remote work. The Expert Witness Certified Public Accountant will be responsible for providing expert witness testimonies, analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing litigation support services to clients. The role will also involve collaborating with legal teams, conducting financial investigations, and providing expert opinions in legal proceedings.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
• Demonstrated experience as an expert witness in litigation cases
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and forensic accounting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Experience with data analysis and manipulation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant certifications and memberships are a plus
