    Our Technology Services Division (TSD) is at the forefront of Rakuten's AI and Data initiatives, playing a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience and operational efficiency across our diverse portfolio.

    We are dedicated to developing cutting-edge services in areas such as Search, Recommendation, Advertising and Marketing Optimization, Inventory and Price Optimization, Data and Analytics, Conversation AI, and Rakuten AI for Business.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Assist with product management initiatives including conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and developing new product and feature ideas
    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop innovative solutions
    Prepare presentations and documents to support product launches and initiatives, and support product launch efforts and deliverables
    Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure timely delivery of product releases, addressing any potential roadblocks or issues
    Test and evaluate products and features
    Monitor product performance and customer feedback
    Develop and maintain product roadmap and related documents
    Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for new product features, enhancements, and overall product roadmap
    Assist in tracking key performance metrics and conducting data analysis to evaluate the success and impact of product initiatives
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management to contribute fresh ideas and insights to the team
    Contribute to the overall success of the product management function by actively participating in team meetings, sharing knowledge, and taking on additional tasks as needed

    Knowledge and familiarity with Agile develop methodologies and product management frameworks
    Proficient and knowledge in using collaboration tools, project management software, and data analysis tools
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions
    Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, collaboration skills and is a team player
    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
    Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    Currently enrolled full-time and pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
