Mechanical Aptitude, Mechanical Design.... electrical a plus.... but not necessary. * Minimum Bachelor's degree, particularly in a technical discipline (preferred) * 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing management * Proven track record in process-focused manufacturing environments * Strong command of CI methodologies and supervisory expertise * Proficiency in data analysis and utilization of Microsoft Office tools * Has a solid understanding of engineering processes, standardization, Drafting & Drawing Standards, engineering change notifications (ECN's), product development, works well with team, peers, customers and other functional departments. * Has developed younger engineers, cross-trained departments and effectively developed Key Process Indicators and metrics to drive Quality, On-Time Delivery, and Productivity in an Engineering department.
