    DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?

    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field;
    8+ years of hands-on experience in a contract metalworking (metal stamping, machining, automated assembly) environment
    Experience in high-volume metal working production
    In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and inspection
    Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is required.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
    Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices is a plus.

    As the Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our production processes, ensuring efficiency, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing operations.

    The ideal candidate will have a solid background in designing and implementing assembly processes, creating work routing for machining, and proficiency in 3D modeling.

    WHAT WILL YOU DO?

    Develop, design, and implement efficient assembly processes to meet production goals and quality standards.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes into the manufacturing environment.
    Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
    Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, drawings, 3D CAD models, process flow charts, visual standards, and standard operating procedures
    Collaborate with production teams to develop and refine machining strategies for improved productivity and quality.
    Work closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of 3D models into manufacturing processes.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and design, to ensure alignment and effective communication of manufacturing requirements.
