    Account & Relationship Management Executive
    • Healthcare Aca at Wolters Kluwer in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description OVERVIEW The Account & Relationship Management Executive for Wolters Kluwer Health Medical Research has primary responsibility for meeting or exceeding sales goals and driving profitable growth in accounts within the territory.
    Your focus will be on selling electronic access to journals, books, databases, and other online tools to medical and academic institutions. You will be calling primarily on medical librarians, as well as CNO's, CIO's, Nurse Educators, faculty, Deans, and clinicians.

    They will both expand the customer base and grow existing customer business through strong product knowledge, effectively understanding customer needs and adeptly positioning Ovid's content and value proposition with our customers.

    The Account & Relationship Management Executive will be responsible for all of Minnesota, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Iowa which carries annual revenue of $7.4M.


    LOCATION:
    Madison WI, Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, Indiana, Ohio, Chicago (preferably located in or near to the territory, but other nearby areas will be considered)

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES + Learn Ovid's suite of products + Plan, organize, and implement sales strategy for the territory. + Maintain existing customer base in territory + Prospect and develop new business within territory + Prepare proposals and provide information regarding terms of sales, and delivery dates, based on customer needs + Send accurate weekly forecast updates to Director of Sales + Regular travel within territory and required customer facing activity each month (25 meetings monthly inclusive of face-to-face and virtual calls. + Achieve sales objectives set forth for the territory. + Maintain and update with contacts, meetings, proposals, etc. + Learn internal (quote/accounting) systems QUALIFICATIONS Education:

    BS/BA or MLS/MBA preferred, but not required Experience: + 3+ years sales experience or equivalent, preferably within the publishing or medical field + Working knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), .

    + Proficient at conducting presentations, previous experience selling into medical/academic institutions preferred, knowledge of the healthcare market.


    Travel Requirements :
