    Upscale Steakhouse seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales & Events Manager.

    Responsibilities:

    Sales and Marketing

    • Develop and execute strategies to drive private dining sales and meet revenue targets.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential clients.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract private dining clients.

    Event Planning:

    • Coordinate and execute private events, including weddings, corporate functions, and special occasions.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and dietary requirements.
    • Oversee the planning process from conception to execution, ensuring seamless and memorable events.

    Customer Relations:

    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
    • Conduct site tours for potential clients and showcase the restaurant's facilities and capabilities.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the culinary and service teams to ensure the successful execution of events.
    • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to integrate private events seamlessly into the overall restaurant operations.

    Financial Management:

    • Prepare and manage budgets for events, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
    • Track and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3 years of Sales & Events Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant setting.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Knowledge of food and beverage trends, as well as an understanding of dietary restrictions and preferences.
    • Familiarity with local business and corporate communities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
