- Provide user support for PC, server, and mainframe applications, as well as hardware.
- Address issues beyond the scope of first-tier support.
- Collaborate with vendors, network services, and application development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Recreate user problems to identify and solve operational challenges.
- Suggest system enhancements to minimize user issues.
- Stay updated and skilled in the latest technologies in the field.
- Offer technical, operational, and training assistance for PC hardware, output devices, and software.
- Install and test hardware and software, diagnose incidents, and coordinate repairs.
- Assist in evaluating system configurations and software.
- Associate's degree with three years of relevant experience; two years can substitute the degree.

Current DoD 8570 IA Baseline Certification, IAT Level I

Must achieve DoD 8570 IA Computing Environment Certification within 6 months of hire.

Valid driver's license.
- Interim Secret Clearance required, with the ability to obtain a secret clearance.

Proficient with Windows 10 and MS Office 2013.

Experience in using Remedy or similar ticketing systems.
