In our headquarters in the heart of Göppingen, we not only continuously develop our core product - the QM software roXtra - but our team is also constantly growing. We are currently looking for support in the IT support department.

As a technical contact person for our customers from the entire German-speaking region, you will advise and support them with their inquiries via telephone and remote maintenance (1st and 2nd level support). You will be responsible for carrying out installations, configurations, and updates, as well as customizing our software on customer systems. In addition, you will handle support issues and requirements from the ticket system and work closely with our development team to find solutions.

What you should bring
