Job Description

As a working student (m/f/d) in our Service & Quality Assurance department in the Service area, you will have the opportunity to:

gain insight into quality management as well as the structures and processes of an automotive supplier,

- support us in quality observations with a focus on early problem detection,
- assist us in the consistent follow-up and handling according to our DENSO processes,
- enter data in our internal systems using Excel and Access,
- participate in the analysis of claimed parts, especially by scanning, testing, entering data and sending them,
- and track customer complaints.

Qualifications

You are studying with a technical orientation and would like to get to know the automotive industry,
You want to proactively help your team with their tasks and are motivated to familiarize yourself with new topics,
You want to learn more about quality management at an automotive supplier,
You can independently complete tasks and use your reliable and careful work style to actively support complaint processes,
You are reliable and work precisely,
You have very good English skills in spoken and written form to communicate with our multicultural teams,
You can confidently use common Microsoft Office applications to enter data and track complaints.
