Merchandising Team Assistant (m/f/d), Alamo, IN

Your tasks:


  • Handling general secretarial tasks
  • Processing data and creating statistics and presentations
  • Taking minutes at internal and external meetings
  • Supporting and assisting trainees and temporary staff, as well as assisting store managers with personnelrelated matters
  • Managing correspondence in German and English
  • General scheduling and creating travel expense reports
  • Other projectrelated tasks

Your skills:


  • Completed commercial training, preferably with a focus on assistance
  • First professional experience in the abovementioned areas
  • Proficient in all common MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of MS Navision and personnel planning tools is desirable
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Absolute loyalty, teamwork, and resilience
  • Flexibility and willingness to work on home game days for Borussia
