At Flix, we're seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (M/F/d) in Texline, TX to help us elevate our team and drive our company to the next level.

As a member of our global People Management team, you'll join a lean, fast-paced, and data-driven HR Management team.

We're experiencing rapid growth and working closely with the business to ensure we attract and retain top talent to stay at the forefront of modern mobility.


As a Senior HR Business Partner (M/F/d), you'll be responsible for defined teams and serve as their central point of contact, coach, and business partner.

You'll bring your expertise in HR topics and project management to add value to our organization.

Your Tasks - Making the world greener

  • Collaborate with leaders and employees to implement key people processes such as performance management, compensation, benefits, and development programs
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders and managers as needed
  • Offer insights and input on team development, compensation, benchmarking, and more
  • Stay uptodate on legal requirements related to employee management, mitigate legal risks, and ensure regulatory compliance (working with our legal department as needed)
  • Have a deep understanding of our business
Your Profile - Ready to join our team

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international, highgrowth organization
  • Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences, Pedagogics, or related field of study
