- Facilitating impactful, skill-based workshops, L&D programs, managing and maintaining the training calendar, ensuring both continuous learning opportunities and technology needs of participants are met.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of curated content through feedback, assessments, and metrics to refine and optimize the training experience.
- Adapting curated materials to meet evolving learning needs, ensuring that the content remains current, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Providing technical support, helpdesk support, addressing queries related to training and development and provides coaching to individuals seeking assistance with utilizing e-learning platforms.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of Wellby's organizational functions, and general operating policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of instructional design, design principles, and adult learning theories.
- Knowledge with Learning Management Systems.
- Knowledge of secretarial practices and procedures, business English, spelling, and punctuation.
- Knowledge of personal computer, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skilled in developing leaders, coaching, and mentoring others to maximize performance.
- Skilled in having constructive conversations with leadership around performance, development, and helping to support business goals.
- Skilled in facilitation and presentation skills for all levels of management.
- Skilled in operating computer equipment and general office machines such as personal computers, copiers, projection equipment, audio/video, Microsoft Teams, Zoom Video Communications, and adding machines.
- Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Position Summary
The Sr. Learning & Development Specialist role plays a crucial part in creating engaging and impactful learning experiences by leveraging internal and external resources effectively to supplement in-house content and enrich the overall asynchronous training programs.
