Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs that align with the center's mission and goals
• Manage the daytoday operations of the center, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient use of resources
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and teachers
• Establish and maintain relationships with parents, community organizations, and other stakeholders
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and facilitate professional development opportunities
• Marketing
• Schools, merchants, community
• School visits / PTA & PTO meetings
• Focus on Clear Lake ISD, Pasadena ISD, Friendswood ISD, Dickinson ISD
• Digital Marketing initiatives
• Organize Marketing events

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience in education administration or related role
• Strong knowledge of budgeting principles and financial management
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Ability to educate and engage students of various ages and backgrounds
• Strategic planning abilities to set goals and objectives for the center's growth
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
