RESPONSIBILITIES.

Design and management of HR projects: Active participation in HR projects and taking on responsibility.

Strategic partnership: Development of a strategic partnership with the management.

Leadership of the HR team: Leading and continuous development of a 2-person HR team.

HR consulting: Contact person for managers and employees in all HR-related issues.

Recruiting: Responsibility and support for all international assembly assignments as well as all country-specific HR issues.

Operational HR work: Full range of operational HR work, from creating employment contracts to issuing work certificates.


OUR
REQUIREMENTS.
-
Qualifications: Successfully completed commercial training with further education in the HR field or a comparable degree with a focus on HR.

Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in a management position in HR.
-
Software skills: Good knowledge of MS Office.
