The newest addition to the Frank Wagner Holding, the Fahrenkroen Senior Care and Support Center, is located in Hamburg Bramfeld.

In this innovative living and care project, around 170 seniors with various care needs feel at home.

We are currently seeking a

RESIDENTIAL AREA MANAGER / CARE COORDINATOR (m/f/d)

for our Fahrenkroen location in Hamburg - Bramfeld.

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for the intensive care of our residents. You will be a member of the management team and work closely with them.

YOUR PROFILE.

  • Completed training in elderly or nursing care
  • Further training as a subordinate manager according to Hamburg WBPersVo or equivalent, such as responsible nursing specialist
  • At least three years of professional experience as a nursing specialist
  • Leadership and social skills, communication skills and willingness
  • COVID19 immunity proof in the form of completed COVID
