- This role includes hourly pay, as well as TIPS ($5,400$10,000/year) & SURCHARGE BONUS (estimated $5,000/yr)
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas according to pull list
- Rotate and various items for freshness including but not limited to beer kegs, grab and go items, merchandise, etc.
- Keep kitchen area clean, including sweeping and mopping, washing tables, walls, refrigerators and other kitchen equipment
- Remove garbage to designated areas
- Wash dishes, cutlery and other restaurant equipment, ensuring they are ready for customer use
- Organize backroom area and ensure all plateware, cutlery, togo boxes, and the like are easily accessible for use
- Maintain a clean work environment, including countertops, floors and kitchen equipment.
- Unload and unpack deliveries to the restaurant, focusing on product rotation to ensure freshness
- Empty all trash and other debris
- May include minor kitchen prep, rotation of grab and go products
- Organize offsite storage area including but not limited to food and/or restaurant equipment such as extra glassware and full or empty beer kegs
- Ensure proper knife safety is followed, including but not limited to airport rules regarding sharp objects.
- Other duties as assigned
- 1+ years of experience in a stocking, delivery or dishwashing position
- Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to verbally communicate with customers and coworkers
- Must possess the ability to work safely and ensure all proper safety protocols are enforced.
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to lift 100+ pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist and kneel for duration of shift
