    Job Title: Real Estate/Compliance Project Manager

    Location: Center City Philadelphia

    About Us:

    REcompliant is a growing full service real estate permit expediting and municipal compliance firm based in Center City, Philadelphia. We represent property owners, managers, and contractors to ensure that their properties and construction projects are in full compliance with federal, state and local municipal standards and guidelines. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our projects from initiation to completion.

    Job Description:

    As a Project Manager at REcompliant, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, design professionals, and clients, to ensure successful project delivery. This is an extremely fast pace, and high pressured environment. Your leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills will be critical in driving project success and meeting client expectations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead project planning, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
    • Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
    • Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
    • Monitor project progress and performance metrics, adjusting plans as needed to achieve project goals.
    • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
    • Lead project closure activities, including documentation, lessons learned, and client handover.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including the ability to perform VLOOKUP and create PivotTables is required for this position.
    • Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
    • PMP or CAPM certification is desirable but not required.
