Responsibilities
- Customer service in all phases of the service process from initial contact to vehicle return
- Active marketing of service and repair services
- Active identification of customer needs and repair requirements
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and professional complaint management
- Order and appointment tracking, including quality control through test drives
- Ensuring service processes and service and repair quality
- Management and coordination of all resources in the company, such as personnel and infrastructure
- Planning and implementation of strategies to tap into market potential
- Regular monitoring of the competition
- Management of customer satisfaction and implementation of measures and programs
