Area of Activity:

As a team, we shape the digital future of DRV Bund through digital strategy and transformation.

We identify digital potentials, initiate and accompany digitalization projects, and support the organizational units of DRV Bund in their digital transformation.


Your Tasks:


  • You support the implementation and management of our (digitalization) projects and coordinate the provision of project and status reports
  • You participate in the conception, execution, and preparation of workshops and events
  • You assist in the creation of costbenefit analyses and internal control reports
  • You maintain technical documentation and create business presentations for topics and questions in our field of work
  • You support in the technical creation of tasks and job descriptions and are the first point of contact for applicants
  • You manage IT products in the staff department (e.g. Conceptboard)

Your Profile:


  • You have successfully completed a university degree (Bachelor, Diploma (FH), or equivalent) in a business, natural science, administrative, (IT) technical, or similar field, or have a successfully completed commercial, administrative, or IT technical vocational training with many years of current professional experience in project work and/or in strategic and conceptual activities with a focus on digitalization, or have successfully completed a vocational training with many years of professional experience in the public administration
  • You have knowledge and ideally first experience in the application of project management and agile working methods, as well as in the use of corresponding tools (Concept
