We are currently seeking a full-time Controller (m/f/d) to join our Finance team at our Port St. John, FL location.


Your responsibilities:

  • As part of project controlling, you will regularly analyze the current status of projects with project managers (targetactual comparisons).
  • Prepare project billing and adhoc analyses for ongoing projects.
  • Actively participate in project initiation, such as creating project structure plans or cost planning for the entire project, as well as independently defining and determining performance evaluations for work packages.
  • Consolidate project controlling into company results.
  • Develop management reporting and determine key performance indicators for managing company areas.
  • Monitor and analyze businessrelevant key figures.
  • Prepare project reports, presentations, and decision templates for management.
  • Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Your profile:

  • Completed degree or comparable qualification in controlling/finance.
  • 23 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong affinity for numbers and the ability to analyze and interpret them.
  • Proficient in working with key figures.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP systems is desirable.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Very good German and English
