For a manufacturer-bound car dealership group, we are looking for a
Vehicle Workshop Manager (m/f/d) for Car Dealership Group to start as soon as possible.


Do you want to be part of a motivated team? We are looking for an experienced workshop manager with a passion for cars.


Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • As a working automotive master technician (m/f/d), you will lead the workshop team and be responsible for general order coordination in our workshop.
  • Conducting order acceptance and handovers
  • Monitoring order execution and correct documentation of all work
  • Carrying out necessary workshop orders in the areas of maintenance, care, and inspection, as well as commissioned repairs on motor vehicles while maintaining high quality standards
  • Quickly, reliably, independently, and economically solving technical problems
  • Functional tests, measurements, troubleshooting of electrical and electronic components
  • Achieving a high level of customer satisfaction through highquality work and adherence to deadlines
  • Lastly, you will also take on the technical representation of the service advisors in their absence.

Qualifications you should bring:


  • A successful completion of the automotive technician master's degree and at least two years of experience in this field.
  • Ideally, current and extensive brand and product knowledge
