What are your main responsibilities?
- Reviewing preentered documents based on invoices and current account coding guidelines and independently booking them in the SAP system (including adding invoice amounts to the central accounting payment run)
- Electronic invoice processing (Vendor Invoice Management)
- Verifying incoming creditor credits in the SAP system
- Providing guidance and support to property managers, clerks, and employees on accounts payable processing in the Berlin regional office
- Assisting the central accounts payable department with payment allocations
- Reallocating debtor payments, writing off small amounts and payment discrepancies in connection with account reconciliation, writing off bank fees
- Account reconciliation in preparation for periodend closing
- Archiving/digitizing (scanning) paper documents
