- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding for industrial construction projects
- Utilize HRIS platforms such as Workday, and Viewpoint
- Process new hires in drug testing, background checks working with DISA and NCMS
- Utilize contractor safety council training sites
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing employees
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
- Conduct cold calling to source potential candidatesExperience:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or HR coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday and Viewpoint
- Strong relationship management skills
- Experience in training development is a plus
