Are you passionate about everything related to vehicles? Do you have a strong customer service mindset and relevant experience in the automotive sector?

Then we are looking for you () to join one of our client companies directly.

This position offers the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week and a 40-hour work week with flexible hours between 8am-6pm (core hours 9am-2:30pm).


Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage the entire vehicle fleet of your clients as part of a service solution
  • Advise our wellknown clients on all aspects of fleet management (from procurement to financing to marketing)
  • Work closely with our departments
  • Optimize your clients' fleets and achieve potential savings
  • Customized sales of additional services and products from creating offers to closing deals

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed vocational training in the service and customer service industry, preferably in a commercial or technical field
  • Strong customer service orientation and a serviceoriented character
  • Passionate about delivering the best results and solutions for your clients
  • Able to quickly adapt to changing customer needs
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Proficient in common software programs (MS Office, especially Excel/Word)
  • Good written and spoken English is desirable
  • Reliable team player
