- Lead and manage perioperative services, including programmatic responsibilities in Nursing, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and developing and implementing policies and procedures.
- Approve procedures/protocols, oversee personnel actions, develop budgets, and monitor performance, ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and DMC policies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement goals, assess performance, and monitor activities for compliance.
- Master's degree in Nursing, Business, Health Care Administration, or related field, with one degree in Nursing.
- Seven years of progressively responsible clinical and/or management experience.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
- Analytical, communication, interpersonal, project management, and leadership skills required.
- Base Salary: $100,000 to $152,000
