- Lead commercial strategy for VFD products, ensuring alignment with sales goals.
- Conduct market analysis, develop business plans, and guide product development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to craft compelling customer solutions and messaging.
- Support sales teams with sales-enabled content and promotional strategies.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to influence product development and market strategies.
- Design and execute impactful product demonstrations for trade shows and customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years' experience in industrial automation sales, marketing, or applications engineering.
- Strong technical/commercial knowledge of industrial automation products, particularly Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel approximately 25-40%, primarily within the Americas. Occasional business travel to Japan is possible.
- Experience in Japanese business culture environment
- Familiarity with SAP ECC/SAP CRM (preferred).
