Digital Marketing ManagerAll About Vibe is looking for a well-rounded Digital Marketing Manager that can help take our efforts to the next level.
Digital Marketing Manager will manage core digital channels responsible for driving traffic to our website, with specific concentration on paid search, email and social.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be well-rounded with both technical and interpersonal skills, possess a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Creating an omni-channel strategy that supports business goals
Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Manage marketing team and agencies responsible for digital marketing
Develop and deliver marketing strategies to attract customers to the website
Develop new and creative growth strategies
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Paid Search/Display - work directly with paid search team and ad network partners to optimize spend and performance of overall paid search program including retargeting, PLA's and social advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest)
Social - work with Social Media Specialist to design, build and maintain our social media presence
Email - work with Email Marketing Specialist to grow email list and improve customer retention and overall performance of email channel
Affiliate - manage affiliate marketing program to grow our reach and acquire new
customers
Requirements
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
5+ years working experience in digital marketing in e-commerce
2+ years supervisory experience in digital marketing
Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Experience in setting up and optimizing Social PPC ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Tiktok
Solid knowledge of attribution tools such as Triplewhale
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns & Facebook Ads
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., Criteo, Adroll)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Major plus:
experience with content creation and video creation
