Idaho Power - located in vibrant Boise, Idaho - is looking for an IT Application Development Leader to join our Information Technology team.

While this position is based at Idaho Power's downtown Boise location, we offer both flexible schedules and the opportunity to work up to 40% remote.
What does an IT Application Development Leader do for us? This individual manages, directs, and leads a high-performance team responsible for daily maintenance, support, and new development of business-critical applications and integrations.
You'll be playing a key role in ensuring we provide solutions that help our business partners perform critical functions needed to ensure Idaho Power continues to provide reliable, affordable, clean energy and exceptional customer service.
You'll leverage project management methodologies to deliver high quality, sustainable solutions.You will also have the opportunity to work with multiple lines of business and collaborate with all areas of IT to aid in effective intake, prioritization, and execution of work as well as capacity planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
