    We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Lead to join our SaaS team in the San Francisco Bay Area.

    About the Role:

    We're looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Lead to join our dynamic team of creatives, engineers, business folks, and more. You aren't the typical Sales, you like to think creatively and lift constraints that block imagination.

    In this role you will be an early member of a fast growing commercial team. You will consult with our existing enterprise customer base as well as potential customers in driving meaningful relationships and growth. You will handle pre and post-sale work, ensuring we are always making valuable contributions for our customers and revenue to our bottom line.

    Things are always moving quickly at Pixocial. We need team members with an agile and dynamic mentality, who are comfortable with change, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure a job is done optimally.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Build the Sales Funnel: Source leads and drive business from lead generation to closing deals. Create and optimize the sales funnel to maximize conversions and revenue.
    2. Lock in Key Clients: Identify and target key clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships with these clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued partnership.
    3. Scale Client Acquisition: Develop and execute innovative strategies to expand our client base at scale. Utilize multiple channels, including online forums, social media, and offline events, to identify and engage potential customers.
    4. Sales Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, driving their success and ensuring they are aligned with the company's goals and strategies.
    5. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies. Leverage this knowledge to refine our product positioning and sales strategies.
    6. Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key sales metrics, providing regular insights to the management team. Implement data-driven decisions and continuously improve the sales process.
    7. Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback and requirements to our product development team, helping to shape the future of our SaaS products.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within the SaaS or AI industry; an understanding of AI and SaaS trends is a plus.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Proficiency in utilizing online and offline channels for client acquisition.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
