- Engage with stakeholders and external partners to ensure that digital features are appropriately prioritized, meticulously defined, flawlessly executed, and delivered with excellence.
- Expertly manage work and project documentation utilizing our established project management software to ensure meticulous tracking and coordination. This role demands a high level of proficiency in capturing detailed notes and requirements and communicating them with clarity and precision.
- Leverage market and user research, coupled with thorough data analysis, to refine our product and digital experience strategy.
- Develop detailed user journeys to visualize end-to-end process flows, from current state to future aspirations.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with management, team members, vendors, and stakeholders, championing the product strategy and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Create and disseminate communication materials that skillfully convey research findings and enhancements to management and stakeholders.
- Measure, monitor, and report on the performance of enhancements and product launches, providing insights that shape future digital strategy and road mapping initiatives.

- Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively while managing multiple assignments, deliverables, and responsibilities.

- Technical expertise in areas such as Marketing Automation, Digital Personalization Systems, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Analytics, and Visualization.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of related experience in digital marketing, Information Technology or PMO.
