- Lead a team of entry to mid-level employees in a fast-paced call center environment to provide computer and technical application support
- Provide support, guidance, and tools to ensure efficient issue resolution
- Address escalated technical issues as the next level of support
- Manage IT Service Desk team to ensure services are delivered within SLA guidelines
- Monitor call trends and adjust schedules for optimal coverage
- Analyze processes to enhance efficiency and customer service
- Provide internal training and stay updated on system-wide changes
- 3+ years of technical support experience
- Experience in Help Desk or Call Center environments
- Proficiency in supporting healthcare applications, ServiceNow, and ITIL best practices
- Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Minneapolis, MN
- Capability to lift weights up to 20 lbs
