    Position Overview:

    • Lead a team of entry to mid-level employees in a fast-paced call center environment to provide computer and technical application support
    • Provide support, guidance, and tools to ensure efficient issue resolution
    • Address escalated technical issues as the next level of support

    If located in the MSP area, you will have the option to work remotely while tackling challenging tasks.



    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Manage IT Service Desk team to ensure services are delivered within SLA guidelines
    • Monitor call trends and adjust schedules for optimal coverage
    • Analyze processes to enhance efficiency and customer service
    • Provide internal training and stay updated on system-wide changes

    Required Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of technical support experience
    • Experience in Help Desk or Call Center environments
    • Proficiency in supporting healthcare applications, ServiceNow, and ITIL best practices
    • Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Minneapolis, MN

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Capability to lift weights up to 20 lbs
