- Assist in the preparation and review of the consolidated financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements in all financial reporting activities
- Maintain and enforce company policies
- Lead global monthly financial close process
- Manage and review worked performed by direct reports
- Establish, maintain and document internal and external controls within areas of responsibility
- Participate in the implementation and development of finance/accounting systems
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 6-8 years experience in preparation of consolidated financial statements
- Skilled in Excel
- Expert financial modeling, analysis and forecasting skills
- Proven leadership ability
- Graduate Degree
- CPA
- 8-10 years experience
- 3+ years of management experience
- Strong motivation and persistence to achieve results
- Demonstrating honesty, reliability, and careful consideration in decision-making processes
- Capable of working at pace whilst maintaining accuracy of work
