We are looking for a Head of Business and Finance (m/f/d) for our headquarters.

Job Description:

Responsible for the annual cycle of financial planning, controlling, reporting, and yearend closing for the state association and its subsidiaries
Responsible for providing reports and analyses for the state association and its subsidiaries using SAP
Liquidity management
Independent execution of targetactual comparisons, variance analyses, benchmarks, BWA, and contribution margin calculations
Personnel responsibility for the management of the finance department and the team leader of controlling
Participation in the supervisory board of the AWO Foundation and other committees

Full-time employment for 38.5 hours per week, part-time is also possible in consultation with operational needs.

Requirements:

Completed degree (preferably in business administration with a focus on accounting, finance, and controlling) or a comparable solid commercial education with professional experience, focus on controlling
Analytical and conceptual thinking, high affinity for numbers
Committed, independent, and structured way of working
Communication skills and social competence combined with dedication and assertiveness
