What to expect:


  • You process and schedule customer orders through various channels
  • You provide telephone and technical support
  • You record and maintain customer data and contract documents
  • You maintain the emergency call systems
  • You are on medical emergency trips to customers
  • You assess the medical situation on site and initiate first aid measures
  • You take care of the situational realarm of medical personnel and inform relatives
