"We are seeking a highly qualified English-speaking teacher with a teaching degree or teaching certificate (QTS) for our primary school in Plattsville, CT.

Our primary school consists of Year 1 to Year 4, as secondary school in Germany begins with Year 5.

We have a three-form entry primary school with 12 classes from Year 1 to Year 4, and a two-form entry secondary school.

Our curriculum is based on the objectives of the German county curriculum for Lower Saxony, and all lessons are taught in English using English materials.

While experience teaching KS1/2 may be beneficial, it is not a requirement. Knowledge of German is not necessary, but a willingness to learn the basics while living here is important.

We are looking for a teacher who possesses the following essential and desirable qualities:
