As the Geschäftsführer (m/f/d), you play a key role in our dedicated team, which is committed to supporting families in Ingolstadt.

Your responsibilities cover all areas of the association, where you will set the course for a successful future.

Your tasks include:

Management:

Assuming overall responsibility for managing all business operations of IG Eltern.


Project Management:


  • Managing existing services.
  • Developing new, demandoriented services for families in coordination with the board.

Public Relations:


  • Responding to inquiries from interested families.
  • Actively reaching out to and maintaining relationships with network partners.
  • Representing the board and the association at public events.

Supporting the Board:


  • Processing applications and preparing references.
  • Efficiently managing schedules for invitations and events.
  • Organizing written materials such as annual reports, flyers, and the website.

Collaboration and Organization:


  • Event management, including organizing lectures, parties, and celebrations in close coordination with the advisory board.
  • Close collaboration with the treasurer to ensure financial stability of the organization.
  • Inviting, organizing, and leading advisory board meetings and the general assembly.

Networking:


  • Strengthening the sense of community within the association.
  • Managing and supervising staff to create a harmonious work environment.
  • Representing IG Eltern externally to enhance its positive image.
