Description

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a team coordinator and project manager for building maintenance (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG train stations at our location in Leipzig.

Your tasks:

In your position, you will be responsible for the technical and organizational leadership of a team of nine for maintenance projects.
You will provide technical and organizational guidance to your assigned team members, coordinate all maintenance measures, and act as the main point of contact for clients.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the timely and budget-compliant execution of maintenance measures and projects assigned to you and your team.
You will ensure compliance with all project-related permits and regulatory requirements.
Coordinating the application for public-law permits and construction documents, as well as technical planning applications in special cases, is also part of your responsibilities.
You will also develop processes and procedures for project execution with other team members involved in maintenance measures.

Your profile:

You have completed vocational training, a technician or master's degree, a degree in civil engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
You have extensive experience in construction operations and a strong understanding of construction processes.
You are a convincing and empathetic leader, a team player, and a role model.
Analytical skills, a strong sense of quality, and strategic thinking are among your strengths.
You are highly organized, structured, and enjoy working operationally
