NUCKOLLS is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with a strong drive and a clear purpose. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are pioneers in our field.
In this role, you will immerse yourself in our established processes to cater to our existing base of 2,000 clients. You will also focus on expanding our client network through referrals and leads, all while overseeing a small team handling similar responsibilities.
As you gain expertise in training and guiding your team, you will transition into the role of Agency Director, mastering the necessary skills through our proven systems.
This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.·Effective task prioritization and delegation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment. A genuine passion for assisting others and building strong relationships. Proficiency in time management and organization. Previous experience in sales or customer service. Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset. Active involvement in the community. Familiarity with CRMs (preference for Salesforce).
