    Description

    DIFILIPPO is seeking a passionate and purpose-driven leader to join our team. With 120 years of experience in the industry, we are looking for someone to service our existing 2,000 business clients, cultivate new relationships, and lead a small team. As you excel in training and mastering our systems, you will progress into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a weekly pay of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year on average.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new B2B opportunities
    • Supervise team activities and results
    • Train and develop team members
    • Report daily field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development daily

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Effective leadership and supervisory abilities
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Passion for assisting others and building relationships
    • Sales or customer service background
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community involvement desire
    • CRM knowledge (Salesforce preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background and personal transportation
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before advancement
